Lease Plans
The Land Registration Act 2002 came in to force in October 2003. Since then, new leases of 7 years or more — or existing leases with more than 7 years unexpired — must be registered with Land Registry along with a compliant plan.
All our plans are fully compliant with Land Registry Practice Guide 40 and include:
- Site visit and survey
- Ordnance Survey location map
- Plans coloured as required
- 3 scale paper copies supplied as standard †
† As a rule, the Land Registry will not accept electronic plans. PDF and CAD formats are also available.
